Inspiration comes in many ways. A connection with nature, a phrase of music that gives a chill and leaves me breathless, a particularly emotional moment I know I won't soon forget, and children. They push you to go beyond your comfort zone and into new and exciting places. This is why I teach. I love being with my 3rd graders for they are the breath of excitement, wonder, and... inspiration.
This is their place. Here we will share, discuss, respond, debate, publish, and celebrate. I sincerely hope that you, dear reader, are inspired by something in your life as much as these children motivate and challenge me as a teacher and learner each and every day!
